📜 Description

  • Set up and enhance clients' compliance functions post-MAS licensing.
  • Advise clients on ongoing regulatory requirements and compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regulatory compliance reviews aligned with MAS requirements.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects impacting clients or the industry.
  • Prepare regulatory reports based on MAS risk-based capital requirements.

🛠️ Requirements

  • You have at least 1–2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or legal functions within the financial services industry, while fresh graduates are also welcome
  • You possess knowledge of the Securities and Futures Act and MAS Notices and Guidelines relevant to Singapore fund management companies
  • You are capable of managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams
  • You demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and are a fast learner with strong adaptability
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English, with an advantage if you also have business-level Chinese proficiency
