- Responsible for the preparation of accounting and monthly financial statements – accurate, timely, and ready for closing.
- Gradual insourcing of currently externally managed accounting.
- Significant involvement in the implementation of NetSuite: process design, data migration, system logic.

- Providing professional support and development for the accounting team.

- Several years of deep accounting experience – both hands-on in ongoing business and in building and developing robust processes.
- Proficient in preparing financial statements according to HGB.
- Solid foundation in economics with a focus on accounting or a completed accounting qualification with relevant experience.
- Excellent IT skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, ideally SQL, and experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to prioritize multiple demands and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Fluent in German and English.
