職責：
為 Intellect 的客戶提供1對1的遠程或現場心理健康支持

Requirements
擁有輔導或臨床心理學碩士學位
具備認知行為治療（Cognitive Behavioral Therapy）或其他證據為基礎的治療方法（如動機式訪談、辯證行為治療、解決方案為導向的治療等）
擁有碩士學位後至少300小時的臨床經驗
能夠以英語和當地語言溝通
具備員工援助計劃（Employee Assistance Program）經驗、輔導成人或管理層角色的經驗者優先
願意在必要時提供現場工作者優先
Provide weekly virtual therapy to K–12 students, supporting their mental health and well-being through 45-minute sessions while handling a limited share of administrative responsibilities.
Provide virtual therapy sessions to K-12 students, focusing on improving their mental health while managing administrative tasks.
Provide compassionate in-home support to older clients, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, medication assistance, and help with daily routines.
Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers, building therapeutic relationships, supporting treatment engagement, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote lasting progress.
As a Licensed Virginia Therapist, you will provide teletherapy sessions to K-12 students and school staff, helping them navigate challenges and develop skills in a supportive environment.
