Provide individualized mental health support through scheduled telehealth or occasional onsite sessions, address a range of clinical cases, and collaborate with the clinical team to improve the program and platform.
Provides individual counseling through scheduled telehealth appointments, guiding clients from intake through ongoing care while maintaining records and participating in case reviews and clinical quality processes.
Provide evidence-based behavioral health therapy for patients navigating chronic disease and behavior change, coordinating with dietitians, physicians, and other clinicians to support lasting lifestyle and metabolic outcomes.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through telehealth, build and manage a patient caseload, and collaborate with therapists and psychiatric prescribers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered behavioral health care.
Provide outpatient telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, assessing concerns, developing treatment plans, supporting healthier relationships, and monitoring progress while maintaining clinical records and care.
