- Own the roadmap, backlog, and governance for InPost's collaboration platforms.
- Drive the Jira Cloud migration, managing scope and outcomes.
- Partner with the Collaboration Platforms team to define requirements.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
- Set standards for new tools added to your scope.
- Represent the platform roadmap to stakeholders across multiple markets.

- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
- Solid product management experience with a project-management mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and business audiences.
- Assertiveness in setting and maintaining standards.
