Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a looking for a Conference Producer on a permanent contract to strengthen the 1LoD brand in the Risk Global division.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will become a subject matter specialist in non-financial risk, develop relationships with senior executives across the banking industry, and learn how to create agenda-driven events that influence industry discussion and deliver commercial success.
  • Conduct in-depth market research around key themes in non-financial risk to help shape event content across multiple portfolios
  • Support the development and delivery of market-leading events, researching emerging challenges facing global financial institutions and helping shape agenda content for senior risk and control leaders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research across key areas of non-financial risk to identify emerging trends, challenges and opportunities affecting financial institutions.
  • Produce high-quality written content, transforming complex industry themes into clear, compelling marketing and conference copy.
  • Contribute to the development of commercially relevant conference programmes that address critical industry challenges and support event growth.
  • Engage senior executives across global financial institutions to secure speakers, conduct research interviews, validate content themes and build industry relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful event delivery and effective communication of production milestones.
  • Travel internationally when required to support event delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Skills

  • 2:1 degree or equivalent. Preferred disciplines include Humanities, Economics, Business Administration, Political Economy, Public Policy, Law, Finance, International Business, Diplomacy, International Relations or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
