Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments, create evidence-based psychotropic treatment plans, manage prescriptions, and provide patient guidance while maintaining accurate clinical records.
Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments, develop evidence-based medication plans, manage prescriptions, and provide patient education while maintaining accurate clinical records.
Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments, develop evidence-based medication plans, manage prescriptions, and provide patient education while documenting care in an electronic health record.
Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments, develop evidence-based medication plans, manage prescriptions, and provide patient guidance while maintaining accurate clinical records.
