- Define the unified data architecture across our eCommerce platform and integrated systems.
- Establish cross-brand KPIs and measurement standards spanning sales, forecasting, fulfillment, customer behavior, and financial performance.
- Own the semantic layer, shared dashboards, and reporting assets used across all DTC brands.
- Lead instrumentation strategy to ensure consistent, high-quality events and insights across customer journeys.
- Implement data governance, privacy-by-design, and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory readiness.
🛠️ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or data engineering.
- 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary analytics or data teams.
- Proven ability to architect and scale data models, dashboards, and analytics foundations.
- Strong understanding of how analytics informs commerce, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence executives and cross-functional leaders.
