Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LPMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
Delaware | Remote / Telehealth
Employment: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Delaware-licensed LMFT, LPMHC, or LCSW to provide individual behavioral health services through telehealth. This position is focused on ongoing clinical care for adults and requires a clinician who can independently manage treatment while maintaining strong professional standards.
The successful candidate will work with clients presenting with a range of mental health and life concerns and will be responsible for maintaining continuity of care throughout treatment.
Primary Functions
- Conduct scheduled individual psychotherapy sessions
- Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments
- Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate interventions
- Provide evidence-informed therapy within professional scope
- Evaluate client response and modify treatment when clinically indicated
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate referrals and additional services as appropriate
- Participate in clinical consultation and care coordination
- Follow established procedures for risk and safety concerns
