Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Location: Oregon
Setting: Fully Remote
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 annually with full benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are recruiting a licensed LMFT, LPC, or LCSW to deliver virtual behavioral health services to clients located throughout Oregon.

This clinician will provide structured mental health treatment from initial assessment through discharge planning. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, establishing clinical goals, monitoring treatment outcomes, maintaining accurate records, and responding appropriately to changes in client presentation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound clinical decision-making, professional communication, and the ability to provide consistent care in a telehealth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete initial client evaluations and gather relevant clinical history

  • Establish diagnoses within the limits of professional licensure and training
  • Create and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Provide scheduled individual, couples, or family therapy as appropriate
  • Apply evidence-based interventions based on client needs
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify clinical approaches when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
  • Identify and respond to client safety concerns
  • Provide referrals for additional or higher levels of care when necessary
  • Follow all applicable ethical, legal, and privacy standards

Requirements
