Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring an LMHC licensed in Iowa to provide counseling to clients through telehealth. You will work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship problems, and other concerns that are affecting their everyday lives. The role includes regular counseling sessions, intake work, documentation, and follow-up with clients when needed.

Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers, building therapeutic relationships and supporting engagement and long-term progress alongside an interdisciplinary team.
Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers, building therapeutic relationships and supporting engagement and long-term progress as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults ages 2–26, and caregivers, building therapeutic relationships and supporting treatment engagement and long-term progress alongside an interdisciplinary team.
Provide telehealth-based mental health and substance use disorder treatment through assessments, goal-focused care plans, progress documentation, and collaboration with clients and care professionals.
Provide ongoing individual therapy to adults, conducting psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations, identifying care needs, using therapeutic techniques, and coordinating resources and clinical consultation.
