Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Position
This role is for an LMFT licensed in Louisiana who enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. Clients may come to therapy because of ongoing conflict, changes at home, parenting concerns, relationship stress, or other issues that are becoming difficult to manage on their own. You will lead sessions, help clients talk through what is happening, and provide guidance that fits their situation. The work also includes keeping case records current and knowing when another provider or service should be involved.

Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conducting assessments, guiding treatment, documenting care, and coordinating referrals or provider support when clinically appropriate.
Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families, conducting assessments, developing and updating treatment plans, and supporting clients through relationship, family, anxiety, and life-change challenges.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, guiding sessions around relationship and family concerns while maintaining clinical records and following professional and licensing requirements.
Provides individual telehealth therapy to adults, conducts intake evaluations and clinical reviews, maintains compliant documentation, and coordinates care while practicing independently within Vermont LICSW scope.
Provide outpatient telehealth therapy to clients across Rhode Island, managing scheduled sessions, intakes, clinical documentation, follow-up, and risk screenings while working independently during regular weekday hours.
