Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across West Virginia. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, emotional stress, family conflict, life transitions, and behavioral health challenges through structured telehealth sessions.

The Care Navigator will coordinate care for patients and their families, providing support, scheduling, and communication while ensuring a compassionate environment.
