North Carolina LMFT | Full-Time Remote Marriage and Family Therapist

Position Details

Location: North Carolina
Setting: 100% Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 plus full benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LMFT position focuses on providing structured, client-centered therapy to people navigating relationship strain, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, and major life adjustments. You will meet with clients through telehealth, complete clinical assessments, guide treatment conversations, and help clients build healthier patterns in their daily lives.

The role is direct, steady, and clinically focused. You will spend your time providing therapy, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting clients with care that is thoughtful, professional, and grounded in sound therapeutic practice.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients set realistic treatment goals and review progress throughout care
  • Maintain client confidentiality across all virtual communication and documentation systems
