Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients across Hawaii through virtual care. This role focuses on assessing client needs, providing therapy, and guiding individuals and families through mental health challenges. You will help clients build practical coping strategies, track progress, and work toward meaningful improvements in their day-to-day lives.

Provide weekly virtual therapy to K–12 students, supporting their mental health and well-being through 45-minute sessions while handling a small share of administrative responsibilities.
Provide virtual counseling to adults, teens, or families, guiding assessments and treatment plans, tracking client progress, and offering practical coping strategies and crisis support.
Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, using measurement-based care to guide treatment, assess progress, and coordinate with other providers while maintaining a part-time caseload.
