Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families by assessing needs, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining clinical records while supporting clients through mental health and relationship concerns.
Provide telehealth mental health care to Rhode Island clients through assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and ongoing progress evaluation, helping clients build coping skills and work toward treatment goals.
Provide virtual counseling to clients experiencing mental health and life challenges, conduct assessments and treatment planning, maintain clinical records, and support client safety and privacy.
Provide telehealth therapy to clients with diverse mental health concerns, guiding sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting care, and coordinating clinical input or referrals when needed.
Provides clinical social work care by assessing clients’ psychosocial needs, identifying risk, coordinating with families and care teams, and maintaining complete records in accordance with Oregon licensing and ethical requirements.
