Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

In this role, you will provide clinical care while guiding and supporting a team of therapists in a virtual environment. Your work will shape treatment quality, ensure ethical standards, and help clinicians deliver consistent, effective care to clients across Montana.

Provide individual telehealth therapy while supervising and supporting clinicians, reviewing treatment documentation, and strengthening care quality, ethical practice, and consistency for clients across Montana.
Provides clinical supervision, case consultation, and feedback to developing mental health professionals, supporting ethical practice, treatment planning, documentation, and progress toward licensure.
Lead and support an occupational therapy team through clinical supervision, mentoring, workflow coordination and quality improvement while maintaining a reduced caseload of therapeutic services.
Provide individual and family therapy to adults through scheduled telehealth appointments, managing clinical follow-up, documentation, and care reassessment while collaborating with the clinical team as needed.
Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth, assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and support clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.
