Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)

Location: Vermont
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide remote behavioral health services to adults throughout Vermont. This role is intended for a clinician who can provide consistent, professional support to individuals experiencing a range of emotional and mental health concerns. The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to deliver individualized care within an established telehealth setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and identify appropriate treatment priorities
  • Establish and maintain individualized treatment goals
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on client presentation and clinical need
  • Evaluate client progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely progress notes and required clinical documentation
  • Maintain compliance with Vermont licensure requirements, telehealth regulations, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

Requirements

  • Active Vermont LCMHC license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health-related field
