- Over 6 years of professional experience in supply chain, inventory management, or retail.
- Significant experience in people management and building high-performing operational teams.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and building data-driven frameworks.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing large-scale supplier relationships.
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across the wider business.
- Proven experience in driving innovation with the use of new tools and technlogy.
