- Drive products from customer problem discovery through decisions, specifications, and prototypes.
- Partner with engineering, QA, and design to launch products and personally test delivered features.
- Create engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases, failure states, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
- Use prototyping tools such as Figma and Claude, and interpret API documentation, data models, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Engage customers, turn feedback into priorities, and close feedback loops while maintaining product focus with stakeholders.
- Lead product initiatives in fast-moving startup environments and identify improvements using adoption, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3–8 years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products from inception to market, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in writing detailed specifications and QA processes.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Claude, or similar.
- Technical fluency in reading API documentation and understanding system integrations.
- Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and feedback effectively.
- Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly in roles with ownership of product areas.
- Familiarity with AI agents, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, and related technologies is a strong plus.
