- Act as the go-to technical expert across core areas of the CXO platform.
- Drive technical decision-making on complex, mission-critical systems.
- Own and deliver large, cross-system initiatives, defining key success metrics.
- Proactively identify and drive improvements to system costs, scale, and stability.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and drive improvements.
- Improve team processes by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.
🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with expertise in full-stack development.
- Strong command of modern backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript) and frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
- Experience building customer-facing products and working closely with product managers.
- Hands-on production experience operating data systems at high scale.
- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake.
- Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
- Experience building products powered by LLMs or Agentic AI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
