What You’ll Do:
As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing clinical care to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. The clinical services FOLX offers focus directly on the needs of the LGBTQAI+ community and include the following: trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, mental health care. Our clinical care is provided both synchronously (all clinical visits are done through audio/visual format) as well as asynchronously (lab reviewing and resulting, answering members’ asynchronous clinical questions, etc.). Clinical care of our patients will always be your first priority, but there is regular time set aside for our clinical team to discuss case studies and attend clinical training sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
As a part-time W-2 employee, you will receive biweekly pay and be eligible for the following benefits: simplified tax withholding, access to a 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance coverage, learning budget, and wellness & community reimbursement.
Rate: $110 for 30 min appt (inclusive of admin time), $55 for 15 min appt (inclusive of admin time)

Provide evidence-based telehealth care to LGBTQAI+ members, including gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, primary care, and mental health services.
Provide evidence-based adult primary care through video and audio appointments, building continuity with an empaneled patient panel and coordinating follow-up with patient care advocates and the licensed medical team.
Provide continuity-focused primary care to adult patients through video and audio visits, using an evidence-based approach and a proprietary EHR while coordinating care and follow-up with a licensed medical team.
Provide clinical leadership for a growing care navigation program by evaluating members, overseeing care plans, responding to clinical escalations, and developing protocols and standards.
Provide virtual, evidence-based psychiatric care for children and adolescents through evaluations, diagnoses, individualized treatment plans, and medication management, partnering with families and care teams.
