Project Scheduler-Industrial Construction
Seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop and maintain construction schedules for large-scale industrial and mission critical projects across the U.S.
We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.
Weโve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.
Every clinic we bring on is its own project: a new EHR to connect, data pipelines to stand up, and a few teams to keep pointed the same way. You'll run that queue, deciding what gets built first across our incoming clinics and carrying each one from signed to live.
What you'll do
Rank every incoming request by impact, dependencies, and launch dates, then decide what the team takes on first.
Carry each clinic from first call to fully live, steering the technical work the whole way.
Break scope into a schedule with real owners and dates that hold.
Keep engineering, product, and the clinic aligned, with clean handoffs between them.
Surface risks early; escalate before a date slips.
Give internal teams and the clinic a straight read on where each launch stands.
Sharpen the playbook as you go, and route recurring product gaps back to engineering.
What we're looking for
3-6 years running technical or implementation projects, with complex ones shipped on schedule.
Enough fluency with APIs, data models, and integrations to reason about how systems connect. Writing the code isn't the job.
Clear communication with engineers and non-engineers alike.
Sound triage judgment: what to do now, what to defer, what to escalate.
Steady across a lot of simultaneous launches.
Bonus
Healthcare data or health-tech background.
Hands-on with EHRs or other clinical systems.
Built things at a startup or high-growth company.
This is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:
Owner: We own our work like founders. We don't wait to be asked, and we pick up the problem nobody else has.
Builder: We like making things from scratch. We don't need a playbook to start, and we'd rather ship a rough first version than wait on a perfect spec.
Fast: We make quick decisions. We favor progress and respect process.
Transparent: We communicate directly. We value merit and honesty, and we challenge assumptions, including our own.
Curious: We explore new approaches and ask "why" often.
