- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Translate business requirements into maintainable technical designs that follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Build integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Review code, write unit tests, and investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Document technical designs and participate in CI/CD deployments using Git and Salesforce DX.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams across agile sprints and share technical knowledge.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- +2 years of hands-on software development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL (Visualforce knowledge is a plus).
- Hands-on experience configuring core platform features, including Salesforce Flow, custom objects, validation rules, and security/sharing models.
- Practical experience building/consuming REST APIs and handling bulk data migrations using standard tools (Data Loader, Salesforce CLI).
- Familiarity with source control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and deployment frameworks (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex issues.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for improving, expanding, and maintaining our Salesforce Org. As a Salesforce Developer, your duties will include designing and developing scalable end-to-end solutions, conducting thorough code reviews prior to deployment, and maintaining system health by resolving technical issues. You will collaborate closely with business teams to translate complex requirements into robust Salesforce enhancements using best practices. You will ensure that all developments undergo rigorous testing and deployment processes. Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will frequently interact with stakeholders and issue reporters to thoroughly understand business pain points and convey clear technical solutions.
