📜 Description

  • Lead the design, review, and implementation of electrical systems for nuclear, oil and gas, and switchgear building projects.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, engineering specifications, calculations, and technical reports in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Perform design coordination with architectural, civil, mechanical, and other multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance to junior engineers and design personnel.
  • Conduct quality reviews of engineering deliverables to support accuracy, consistency, and compliance requirements.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in good standing with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC), or eligibility for registration with EGBC.
  • Minimum 10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of design and project experience in nuclear, oil and gas, or switchgear electrical building design.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and other applicable local and international electrical standards.
