- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Provide legal support on commercial and project-related matters.
- Assist internal teams with legal advice related to ongoing projects.
- Support business development initiatives from a legal perspective.

🛠️ Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer in Mexico (Law degree + Cédula Profesional)
- 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience in commercial law and project-based work
- Familiarity with Legal AI tools and emerging legal technologies
- Experience in, or a strong interest in, business development and client relationship management
- Willingness to travel as required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required.

We are looking to hire a candidate to support the delivery of client-facing legal projects and commercial engagements. The role will involve working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions, particularly in the areas of commercial law and project-related work.
The successful candidate will contribute across the full lifecycle of client engagements, including contract transformation initiatives, advising on complex commercial arrangements, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting the legal aspects of project delivery.
The position will include contributing to business development activities and leveraging Legal AI tools to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and innovation of legal service delivery.
