As an Main Component replacement (MCR) Readiness Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational readiness, engineering excellence, and safe delivery across a diverse portfolio of renewable technologies.

You’ll help ensure our operational fleet continues to perform at its best by leading readiness activities for major component replacements, driving continuous improvement, and supporting our ambition to grow installed capacity from 2GW to 10GW by 2035.
The Opportunity
As MCR Readiness Lead, you’ll join our Asset Operations Technical Services and Delivery team, reporting to the Planning Manager. You’ll provide technical leadership across major component replacement programmes, helping to maintain the highest engineering, quality and safety standards while delivering long-term value across our operational fleet.
Alongside a competitive salary and a performance related annual bonus, you’ll join a hybrid role working from home and across various sites throughout the UK. You will be provided with a vehicle as periodic travel is required to operational assets and project locations, giving you the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
You’ll collaborate with operational, engineering, asset management and senior leadership teams while influencing best practice across renewable technologies including onshore wind, offshore wind, solar and battery storage.
