  • Repair and service electronic and mechanical robotic systems onsite and offsite.
  • Assemble and electrically commission driverless transport and picking systems.
  • Provide temporary shift support at customer sites after commissioning.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and train end-users on system operation and maintenance.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Experience with electronics, automated systems, or AGVs is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Office 365.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software environments.
  • Valid US driver's license for travel outside the home state.
  • Must pass a drug screening.
  • Robotics or related-field certification is an advantage.

Service Technician – Charleston, SC
DISHER is partnering with a leading medium-sized technology company with its own solutions and products consisting of mobile transport robots for industrial material handling environments. As the Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in building custom logistic and production processes from the ground up.

What you will get to do:

  • Repair and service electronic and mechanical robotic systems both onsite and offsite.
  • Assemble and electrically commission driverless transport systems and picking systems.
  • Provide temporary shift support after commissioning at customer sites.
  • Analyze and correct errors and malfunctions in automated systems.
  • Communicate repair needs effectively to project managers and after-sales teams.
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on robotic systems.
  • Train end-users on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems.

    • What will make you successful:

  • Experience with electronics, automated systems, and AGVs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Windows and Windows applications (Office 365).
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
