- Perform Care OnDemand visits, evaluating and diagnosing acute illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, establishing care plans and prescribing medications.
- Collaborate with the member's care team, including PCPs and specialists.
- Utilize our electronic health information system and provide feedback for improvements.
- Support clinical nurses during weekend on-call shifts as needed.
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an APP in acute settings.
- Active and in-good-standing RN and APRN licenses for Nurse Practitioners.
- Active and in-good-standing Physician Assistant license for PAs.
- Experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
