Description

• Analyze portfolio decisions to guide product and service area mix.
• Decide which questions matter for cost and utilization analysis.
• Decompose PMPM trends into utilization versus unit cost.
• Present data-backed recommendations to senior leaders.
• Build infrastructure for automated analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Medicare Advantage with hands-on data experience.
• Strong understanding of claims structure and risk adjustment.
• Experience in cost and utilization analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and large claims data warehouses.
• Ability to defend strategic analysis to senior leadership.
• End-to-end ownership of data analysis and presentation.
