- Act as the primary point of contact for banks, solicitors, and conveyancers to ensure all documentation is executed correctly and deadlines are met.
- Meticulously review loan offers and mortgage documents for accuracy, ensuring full compliance with Australian lending regulations and internal quality standards.
- Provide regular, proactive updates to clients, keeping them informed of their settlement status and addressing any concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the settlement process to prevent delays.

- Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with Australian credit legislation and privacy requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with industry-standard CRM tools and mortgage processing platforms.

- Compliance & Data Integrity: Meticulously review loan offers and mortgage documents for accuracy, ensuring full compliance with Australian lending regulations and internal quality standards.
- Client Communication: Provide regular, proactive updates to clients, keeping them informed of their settlement status and addressing any concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the settlement process, such as missing documentation or funding discrepancies, to prevent delays.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database, tracking all active applications and ensuring no "Great Australian Dream" is held up by administrative hurdles.
- Post-Settlement Support: Manage the "thank you" process and ensure all post-settlement compliance requirements and commission tracking are completed.
