IT Specialist

Your responsibilities
• You provide first- and second-level support to our colleagues and support IT systems across our DACH locations.
• You resolve IT issues and set up hardware and software.
• You look beyond individual systems to assess technical requirements and challenges in the wider IT context.
• You contribute to rollouts and IT projects and support day-to-day IT operations.
What you bring
• Vocational training or a degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification, along with practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, combined with a broad understanding of how IT systems work together.
• A structured, independent and service-oriented approach to work, with strong analytical thinking.
• Confident communication in English, German is a plus.
Your working arrangements
You will work from home and provide on-site support when needed. You should be willing to travel: business trips and on-site visits are occasionally required but remain the exception.
Own day-to-day corporate IT across identity, devices and business applications, while supporting a Microsoft-to-Google platform migration, improving security and automating work.
Provides Tier 2 employee support and hands-on office IT infrastructure support, resolving escalated hardware, software, identity, endpoint and network issues while maintaining systems and supporting IT projects.
Provides Level 1–3 support, administers remote systems and business applications, and helps maintain secure, reliable IT services across distributed branches while coordinating with users, vendors and the Head of Group IT.
Administra o ecossistema Microsoft 365 e lidera a implantação e gestão do Teams, cuidando de identidades, segurança, qualidade de chamadas e automações com PowerShell, Power Automate e Microsoft Graph API.
Tu assureras l’exploitation et l’amélioration de l’infrastructure Azure, des identités et des services de sécurité, en automatisant les changements par le code et en contribuant à la résolution des incidents complexes.
