- Build the analytical backbone for senior management decisions: business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisons
- Identify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on them
- Ongoing support of the Company's portfolio companies
- Originate, structure and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements
- Develop and defend a view on where crypto product is heading and translate that view into concrete opportunities for the business
- Prepare materials for senior professionals to use in management discussions and client meetings
🛠️ Requirements
- 1-3 years of working experience in financial markets, with strong financial literacy and analytical skills
- Trained to think rigorously about businesses and numbers
- Genuine interest in products including spot/perps exchanges, RWA/tokenized-asset platform, prediction market, AI
- Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
- Financial modelling capability
- Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
- Solid, demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
