- Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes
- Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning (FKA Adaptive Insights) and models
- Act as a Finance Business Partner with management and cost center managers, providing actionable insights
- Perform in-depth reviews of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support strategic initiatives
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency
- Approve payment requests, ensuring they are budgeted and within approved amounts
🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years of experience of FP&A experience desired
- Fluency in written and conversational English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Proficiency in enterprise-level FP&A tools and software (such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Hyperion/NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.), as well as Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to independently resolve issues and problem-solve successfully while working on multiple priorities
- Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency on critically meaningful work

- Manage long-term planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting processes
- Maintain and improve Workday Adaptive Planning (FKA Adaptive Insights) and models
- Act as a Finance Business Partner with management and cost center managers, by providing presentations of consolidated data with actionable insights and helping formulate strategies to drive improved financial results
- Perform in-depth reviews and evaluations of monthly actual and forecasted financials to support operational and strategic initiatives, monitoring performance versus plan and prior
- Laise with business, operations, and controllership where necessary to gather insights on performance
- Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and systems, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, including automation and coordination with upstream and downstream departments
- Approve payment requests, ensuring amounts are budgeted for and are within the approved amounts
- Make thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from your manager. Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly to solve them.
