- Gain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to prioritize the most impactful AI use cases.
- Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals.
- Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows around them to remove repetitive work.
- Define how AI agents integrate with enterprise systems, including CRM and ERP.
- Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation for successful implementation.

- Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.
- Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation; comfort with APIs and integrations.
- Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers — driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps, and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, product, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI to our customers' businesses.
