- Provides students with an approved Chamberlain syllabus that follows a template established by the local campus, and which includes the terminal course objectives.
- Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises and updates all course materials as needed.
- Uses appropriate technological options for online technologies and course-related software, including websites, e-mail, and online discussions.
- Models effective oral and written communications that engage students and improve learning.
- Sets clear expectations for the course by publishing course terminal objectives and assignment/examination dates.
- Ensures that exam content corresponds to course terminal objectives and provides timely feedback to students.
🛠️ Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Unencumbered professional nurse licensure; must be willing to obtain a license in Illinois if not already obtained.
- Compact (multi-state) RN license preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years teaching experience.
- Excellent communication skills with high initiative and prudent judgment.
- Genuine passion for nursing, education, and lifelong learning.
