- Oversee the quality and effectiveness of assigned PMHNP courses.
- Serve as subject matter expert and lead faculty best-practice forums.

🛠️ Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing and a doctoral degree either in nursing or field of teaching specialty required.
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Unencumbered professional nursing licensure. In compliance with Illinois Board of Nursing regulations, successful candidates are required to obtain Illinois nursing licensure within 30 days of employment.
- Active, compact RN nursing license preferred.
- Minimum of two years of teaching, training, staff development, or educational experience at the graduate level.
- Minimum of one year of online teaching experience.
- Proficiency with learning management systems, online instructional technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
