Americaβs Got Soccer is seeking a highly capable, independent, Executive Assistant to act as a force multiplier for the CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic organization. This is a full-time, in-person role at our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This is not a traditional support roleou will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, solve problems independently, and remove friction across both professional and personal priorities. The right person thrives under pressure, prefers action over over-planning, and is comfortable operating with minimal direction.
You will work directly with the CEO and are expected to use sound judgment to move things forward quickly.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Proficiency with modern productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias toward action.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment.
- Logical, structured thinking with a preference for solving concrete problems.
- Capacity to work independently for long periods without supervision or micromanagement.
