Our culture is our core strength. Operating across the UK, EMEA, the USA, and Australia, we've fostered a truly diverse and connected environment, earning a consistent 4 out of 5 culture score in our employee engagement surveys. You'll join a vibrant team where your diverse experience makes a daily global impact.

We need talented people to grow a global company where everyone feels proud to belong, have a purpose and do their best to directly shape the digital future.

This is a high profile role to lead a core area of our global commercial strategy and as such would need to work collaboratively with colleagues on the Executive leadership team and the senior management team around the world.

Requirements

The Role:

You will bridge the gap between our core product and the broader technology ecosystem, ensuring our solutions are seamlessly integrated into the platforms our customers use every day (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms) and that our partners are empowered to drive mutual growth. You will call on your experience to analyse our ICPs, prioritise integrations and maximise commercial success via robust GTM plans.

  • ISVs and Integrations GTM Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle marketing for third-party integrations, from initial strategy creation, proposition development and positioning, through to supporting co-marketing campaigns and sustained partner-led growth.
  • Ecosystem Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling messaging that highlights the unique value of our integrations. Translate complex API architectures into tangible business benefits for both partners and end-users.
  • Cross-Functional & External Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
  • Partner Enablement: Create high-impact enablement collateral, technical playbooks, case studies, and training materials to help internal sales teams and external partners sell more effectively.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis of the partner ecosystem landscape to identify new integration opportunities and trends.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Track, measure, and report on the ROI of partner marketing initiatives and integration adoption, using insights to continuously optimise performance.

The Person:

  • Experience in product marketing (or similar) working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or relevant commercial partners. Experience and technical understanding of API products, CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service), and/or with developer tools would be a distinct advantage. Experience of working in a global role or with teams based internationally is essential.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of various messaging channels (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API, Email, Push Notifications) and their respective APIs, protocols, and use cases highly desirable. Familiarity with concepts like deliverability, message routing, compliance (e.g., GDPR, TCPA), and common challenges in business messaging.
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing a successful organisational partner programme, go-to-market strategies for Partners, and demonstrable experience of working within a partner ecosystem e.g. partner market place apps.
