🛠️ Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one relevant area.
- Microsoft Office: very good Word and Excel skills, especially for business applications, and good PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
- Office management: knowledge of work and self-organization, office processes, coordination, information handling, business correspondence, and typing.
- Commercial control and accounting: knowledge of financial accounting, annual accounts, cost accounting, controlling, payment transactions, and financing.
- Experience delivering lively, practical, modern adult education is desirable.
- A trainer qualification or comparable pedagogical training is desirable.
- Learning management system experience and the ability to prepare e-learning content are advantageous.
