- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, including GL, AP/AR, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proven ownership of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Experience working with multiple legal entities and preferably multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and/or other relevant accounting standards.
- Strong reconciliation skills and experience working with large and complex transactional datasets.
- Experience managing or coordinating an accounting team.

Given the nature of our business, the role requires the ability to work with a complex environment involving digital assets, crypto and fiat transactions, multiple currencies, high transaction volumes, intercompany operations, and multiple legal entities across different jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:

Own and oversee the full accounting cycle across the Group companies.

Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for all Group entities.

Ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting of crypto and fiat transactions.

Oversee accounting and reconciliations related to digital assets, crypto wallets, exchanges, payment providers, banks, and other financial counterparties.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of transaction data flowing from operational/payment systems into accounting records. -
Oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations across Group entities.

Investigate discrepancies between accounting records, operational systems, wallet/exchange balances, and other data sources.

Lead and coordinate a team of 4–5 accountants, including workload allocation, prioritization, quality control, and deadline management.

Ensure accounting activities are completed in accordance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and established procedures.

Identify discrepancies, process gaps and ensure their timely resolution.

Drive the standardization, optimization, and automation of accounting processes across the Group.

Take ownership of the overall quality and timely delivery of the accounting function.
Requirements:
