Coinbase Corporate Security (CorpSec) is seeking a Security Engineer to build and maintain security controls that protect corporate infrastructure, user devices, enterprise applications, and network communications. You'll partner closely with IT and engineering teams to identify risks and ship tailored solutions that keep users secure without introducing unnecessary friction, directly protecting Coinbase's most sensitive data and critical assets.

Operate security tooling, investigate incidents, strengthen endpoint and access controls, lead security awareness efforts, and support audits and compliance across corporate systems and services.
Own and expand the security program across corporate security, SecOps, compliance, identity, and access, while leading incident response, security tooling, and the SOC 2 audit cycle.
Own product security projects end to end, partnering with engineering to improve architecture, build secure-by-default tools, tune security testing, and reduce vulnerabilities across the product.
