Description

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales support.
• Support customers' technical needs and discover new use cases for Cloudera’s technology.
• Design solutions based on customer needs using Cloudera technologies.
• Demonstrate Cloudera products to inspire customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to showcase the value of Cloudera solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs to Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in a pre-sales customer facing role.
• Experience with Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Relational Databases.
• Familiarity with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong technical presentation and demonstration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
