π Description
- Develop and support a highly scalable Catalog service for Cloudera Data Platform across hybrid cloud environments.
- Design and develop a Unified Catalog service as a single endpoint for segregated data sets.
- Contribute to open-source projects that define industry interactions with large-scale unstructured data.
- Work with a high-impact stack including Apache Iceberg, Spark, Impala, and Hive.
- Support customer deployments and improve product stability.
π οΈ Requirements
- Bachelorβs with 5+ years or Masterβs with 3+ years of industry experience.
- 3+ years building scalable, high-performance large-scale systems.
- Proven expertise in Java or other OOP languages.
- Solid understanding of public cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong debugging skills in Java environments.
