Clients Blackbox is in a major growth period, and we're looking for a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist who can own client accounts from strategy through execution.
This is a hands-on strategist role with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.
You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.

Preferred Experience
You take ownership. When something isn't working, you investigate the issue, determine what needs to change, and act. You're comfortable being accountable for results and explaining performance clearly to clients who may not speak marketing.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly across multiple accounts without losing sight of the outcome. You want to be responsible for making the account work - not one of several people sharing responsibility for it.
