- Serve as business owner and Agile Product Owner for multiple integrated partner solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams to align needs with delivery priorities.
- Translate business objectives and partner requirements into actionable features and user stories.
- Own and manage the backlog for partner-impacting initiatives, ensuring readiness for Agile delivery.
- Lead partner implementation readiness, including testing coordination and launch planning.
- Manage post-launch support by monitoring performance and resolving operational issues.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product ownership, technical account management, or related roles.
- Experience supporting external partner integrations and digital sales/service platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management and UAT coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and partner requirements into technology deliverables.
- Experience managing escalations and production issues from intake through resolution.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience using Jira or similar Agile management tools.
- Knowledge of health insurance operations and ACA marketplace processes.
