- Understand the challenges of our prospects, stakeholders, and customers and come up with content ideas to solve them
- Write clear, confident, conversational copy for a variety of formats and channels
- Take long-form assets and creatively slice them into bite-sized platform-specific content
- Analyze content performance metrics to inform our content strategy
- Collaborate daily with design, video, and other creatives to bring our team's writing to life
- Build relationships with key SMEs across the business
🛠️ Requirements
- Recent graduated Bachelor or Master in a relevant field
- You're a native/near-native English speaker (and writer)
- Some storytelling experience: anything from a student newspaper, a personal Substack/blog, scriptwriting, creative essays, or even social media threads
- Ability to learn about complex tech: you should enjoy digging into the 'how' and 'why' of things you might not yet understand
- Comfortable using AI today and keen to get familiar with the AI solutions of tomorrow
- Strong project management skills
- Comfort with ambiguity: a self-starter mindset, able to move with shifting priorities
- Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
