- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a strong focus on Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- 3+ years relevant experience as an Analytics Engineer, Product Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with analytic tools like Celonis EMS, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Power BI.
- Technical competence with SQL, Python, and Pandas for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in agile teams using collaboration software like Jira.
