- Protect our customers by spotting signs of vulnerability, risky gambling behaviour and affordability concerns, and taking the right action at the right time.
- Investigate financial crime risks across AML, KYC, source of funds/wealth, suspicious activity and ongoing customer monitoring.
- Keep accounts and transactions secure by identifying fraud, account takeover, payment abuse, multi-accounting and other suspicious behaviour.
- Review payments and withdrawals to identify fraud, financial crime and operational risks, while supporting smooth and secure customer transactions.
- Own investigations from start to finish, gathering evidence, documenting decisions and escalating complex or high-risk cases when needed.
- Work closely with teams across the business to resolve issues and strengthen controls.

- A sharp eye for detail and a naturally analytical mindset, with the ability to make sound, well-reasoned decisions.
- A curious and adaptable approach - previous iGaming experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

Position Overview:
The Protection & Integrity Analyst is at the heart of protecting our customers and the business. The role focuses on proactively identifying, investigating and managing customer, transactional and operational risks across customer protection, responsible gambling, affordability, AML, fraud, payments and account integrity. By combining sharp analytical thinking with sound judgement and a risk-based approach, the Analyst helps ensure issues are identified early, decisions are well-informed and the right actions are taken at the right time.
Responsibilities:
