About the role

As the BI&A Manager, you will own analytics and reporting across our go-to-market organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the data infrastructure, dashboards, and metrics definitions that let Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership make decisions with confidence. You'll partner closely with your GTM Operations team members and cross-functional leadership to turn raw data from Salesforce and other GTM systems into trusted, self-service reporting — and to prepare the analyses that inform weekly and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or revenue operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience owning BI strategy and delivery — not just building individual reports, but defining how a company measures and trusts its own data.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one modern BI platform (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar).
• Deep fluency with Salesforce data models and CRM-driven reporting; experience with SaaS revenue metrics (ARR/MRR, pipeline, churn, retention, NRR/GRR).
• A track record of turning raw data into structured, executive-ready deliverables (dashboards, decks, and written analyses) for leadership audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management — able to push back constructively on requirements, methodology, or data interpretation when needed.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills alongside BI tooling.

Nice to have:

• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar modern data-stack components.
• Familiarity with third-party enrichment or intent-data tools (e.g., HG Insights, Intricately, ZoomInfo, Apollo) and how they integrate with CRM data.
• Prior experience supporting global GTM organizations spanning multiple regions (e.g., AMER and APAC).
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics — from data modeling and metric definitions through dashboard delivery and adoption.
• Define and govern a single source of truth for core revenue metrics (pipeline, bookings, ARR/MRR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR, funnel conversion) across Sales, Marketing, BDR, Partnerships, and SE teams in AMER and APAC.
• Evaluate, select, and manage BI tooling, balancing build-vs-buy trade-offs against cost and maintainability.
• Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting that support weekly and quarterly business reviews.
• Translate ad hoc questions from Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders into structured, reusable analyses rather than one-off exports.
• Build and maintain pipeline health, funnel, and productivity models that surface risk and opportunity early enough to act on.
• Perform deep-dive analyses (cohort, segmentation, attribution, forecasting) to answer specific business questions and support strategic planning.
• Partner with Systems teams to ensure Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems produce clean, well-governed, analytics-ready data.
• Establish data quality monitoring, validation checks, and escalation paths for BI-critical tables and metrics.
• Document metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting logic so outputs are trusted and reproducible across teams.
• Act as the primary analytics point of contact for Sales, Marketing, BDR, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering leadership.
